Karen Levitt and Andrea Wells worked together to write an article about the mandatory disclosure rule in New Hampshire domestic relations matters and how they might be used to reduce discovery in other areas, particularly in disputes about possible inheritances and disclosure of the assets of family members.
The article entitled, “The Intersection of the Mandatory Initial Self-Disclosure Rule with Disclosure of Interest in Trusts and/or Inheritances,” was published in the New Hampshire Bar Journal, Summer 2012 issue.
